Jennifer has over twenty years’ experience in social services in California and Oregon. Most of her experience has been geared towards working with children with developmental disabilities and serving as a permanency social worker. She is knowledgeable in locating local community resources specifically geared towards children with developmental disabilities.

Carrie has been employed with Aspiranet for over 20 years, and has held a variety of roles within the agency, from social worker to program director. She is the program supervisor for the adoption and REACH programs and has over 15 years of experience in the field of adoption.




Maira Anguiano

Maira originally joined the Aspiranet team in 2014 as a foster care social worker. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including mental health, schools, foster care, adoption, and medical social work. Her experience in working with children, adults, and families has equipped her with the ability to provide effective, strength-based, and culturally sensitive support. In addition to being fluent in both English and Spanish, she has a strong understanding of local community resources, which enhances her ability to connect clients with the services that they need.
